• Juan Urioso v. State of Alabama

  Released March 18th 2005 Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.

  Appeal Court ruling was:

  “after considering the totality of the circumstances surrounding Urioso’s stop and alleged consent to search, that the trial court’s denial of Urioso’s motion to suppress is palpably contrary to the great weigh of the evidence. The judgment of the trial court was reversed and cause remanded to the St. Clair County Court for proceedings consistent with this opinion”.

  Voluntary consent to search the vehicle was not clearly given.
